Just head over to YaST -> Software -> Software Repositories. Then, in the menu: Configured Software Repositories-> Repositories.... Now hit the Add -> Community Repositories, and select:

• Main Repository (OSS)
• Main Repository (Non-OSS)
• Packman Repository
• Main Update Repository

..from there. Easy. :-)
