Restricted formats/12.2

In openSUSE 12.2 all our codec handling will be done using One-Click-Install. This provides a simple wizard to guide you through everything, and you have to install absolutely nothing extra to be good to go!
Restricted Multimedia Formats (MP3, MPEG-4, etc.)
Note: Different copyright and patent laws apply differently depending on what country you are in; if you are unsure about a particular restriction or patent, you might consider applying for legal advice. To go through a simple wizard guiding you through the installation process of some additional multimedia codecs where necessary, simply click on one of the links below:
